We implement a multi-stage quality control system to ensure every LED lit furniture product meets high standards of performance, safety, and durability. Here are three key quality control aspects.
All raw materials (plastic components, LED modules, electronic parts) undergo strict testing—including material strength assessments, electrical performance checks, and durability evaluations—with core components verified for CE, RoHS, and FCC compliance, and only 100% inspected materials permitted to enter production.
During PCBA production, LED assembly, and furniture molding, we conduct real-time monitoring, testing wireless connectivity, light color accuracy, and dimming functions for remote-controlled products at each stage, while randomly sampling semi-finished items to check structural stability, water resistance (for outdoor models), and LED brightness consistency.
Finished products undergo 100% functionality tests (light mode switching, battery life for wireless units), appearance inspections, and safety checks (electrical insulation, heat dissipation), with outdoor products also subjected to simulated environmental tests (humidity, UV resistance) to ensure long-term reliability—only products passing all final assessments are approved for delivery.
